Must have 4 or more years of experience in vessel fitting and have knowledge of ASME codes, pass a drug test and background check. This is a temp to perm position and is paying $23.00/hr or BOE.
Knowledge of and used to working within ASME Code for Vessels, Piping, and Structural Steel Components.
Qualification are:
-Read and interpret fabrication drawings, specifications and blue prints
– Be able to determine Work Points, Internal and External Details, Measurement, and Takeoffs.
-Cut, thread, or hammer materials to specifications, using tools such as cutting torches
– Shape or bend materials to meet required specifications
-Verify that all materials are correctly sized and positioned to the drawings and specifications Ability to read a measuring tape.
-Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of weight, measurements, volume and distance
-Knowledge of all equipment and tools, such as a torch or a bevel machine, to perform the duties required of a pressure vessel fitter
